Combine the thrill of sea abseiling with a scenic island escape! Join us on a short boat ride from Muscat to Qantab Island, where you’ll enjoy stunning views, a fun 20 m cliff descent straight to the boat, and time to relax, picnic, and swim on the island.

🛥️ 8:00 AM – Meet at Marina Bandar Rowdha
Check in with your adventure leader, receive your equipment, and get ready to board.
🚤 8:30 AM – Boat Ride to Qantab Island
Enjoy a scenic ride through the rocky coastline and pass through the natural sea arch.
🧗 9:00 AM – Abseil from the Island Cliff (20 m)
Take part in a fun, optional vertical descent from the island cliffs right to the boat. Great views, great photos!
🏝 10:00 AM – Picnic & Relaxation on Qantab Island
Unwind with light snacks, drinks, and chill time. Optional snorkeling, swimming, or a short nature walk.
🚤 1:30 PM – Return Boat Ride to Marina
Cruise back to the starting point, ending your refreshing island adventure.
Important Notes:
✔ Abseiling is optional – you can join the boat-only version and still enjoy the island
✔ Life jackets are provided and must be worn during the boat ride
✔ Dry bags recommended for personal belongings
✔ Tour may be rescheduled in case of rough sea conditions or wind
✔ Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
