Itinerary:

🚙 6:00 AM – Pick-up from your location in Muscat
Early departure toward the Nizwa region.

🏔️ ~8:00 AM – Arrival & Start of Hike
Begin from Kamah village, entering a quiet wadi system.

🥾 Morning – Wadi Traverse
Steady movement through rocky paths and water sections. The landscape alternates between open stretches and shaded canyon parts.

🌊 Midday – Pools & Water Breaks
Stops at natural pools for rest, cooling down, and optional swimming.

🥾 Afternoon – Final Section
Continue along the wadi toward the exit point with a steady pace.

🚙 ~1:00–2:00 PM – End of Hike & Departure
Finish and begin the return drive to Muscat.

Important Notes:

Fitness Level: This is a moderate 16 km hike requiring good endurance and the ability to sustain movement for 5–6 hours with short breaks.

Terrain & Route Character: The route follows a mix of rocky trails, wadi beds, and sections with water. Expect uneven footing and occasional wet surfaces.

Water Sections: Some parts of the hike pass through pools and shallow streams. Swimming is optional depending on conditions.

Weather & Conditions: Water levels and flow vary seasonally. Conditions may change the pace and route sections.

Logistics & Access: Easy road access to the starting point. The hike follows a continuous route through the wadi with exit at the endpoint.
