Itinerary:

🚙 6:00 AM – Meeting in Muscat
Gather at Burj Al Sahwa (Oman Oil) for group departure. Self-drivers follow the lead vehicle; carpoolers ride with guides.

🏞️ 9:00 AM – Arrive at Suwgra Village
Orientation and safety briefing; short walk through restored stone homes and terraced alleys.

🧗 9:30 AM – Via Ferrata Traverse (~200m)
Clip in for a short traverse to reach the cave ledge. Scenic and beginner-friendly.

🕳️ 10:00 AM – Enter Aamur Cave (~500m exploration)
Headlamps on! Navigate chambers, narrow corridors, and stunning formations with guide assistance.

🥾 1:00 PM – Exit & Return to Village
Short break, snacks, and time to relax or photograph the area.

🍽 2:00 PM – End of program & lunch stop (optional)
Start return journey to Muscat with group.
