Depart Muscat and travel along the eastern coast toward Qalhat. Walk among the atmospheric ruins of this once-thriving medieval city, set against a stunning white-sand shoreline. Continue to Sur to explore its famous dhow yards, observe traditional boat building, and enjoy a relaxed local lunch. In the afternoon, head to Ras Al Hadd to set up camp directly on the beach.
