Itinerary Overview

Day 1 – Muscat to Ras Madrakah: Wild Coast & First Camp

Depart Muscat early and drive south along the coast with scenic stops along the way. After lunch in Duqm, arrive at the wide, untouched beach of Ras Madrakah — a place of open horizons and crashing waves. Spend the afternoon swimming, walking along the shore, and watching the sun sink into the sea. The day ends with a BBQ dinner and relaxed beach camping under the stars.

Day 2 – Coastal Road, Hasik & Wadi Sinaq to Salalah

TAfter breakfast at camp, continue south along one of Oman’s most beautiful coastal roads. Stop at Hasik and Wadi Sinaq, where palm forests, freshwater pools, and dramatic rock formations create a peaceful oasis. Adventurous guests can hike to a hidden lagoon before continuing toward Salalah. Arrive in the evening, check into the guesthouse, and enjoy dinner and rest.

Day 3 – Fazayah Beach & Shaat: Icons of Dhofar

Drive west to the legendary Fazayah Beach, with stops at Mughsail and Afoul viewpoints along the way. Spend time swimming and relaxing on one of Oman’s most iconic beaches. For those who wish, a hike leads to the secret beach of Shaat, followed by a scenic drive to the Shaat cliffs for sunset views over the ocean. Return to Salalah in the evening.

Day 4 – Haffa, Dahareez & Return to Muscat

Begin the day with a relaxed coastal walk at Haffa Beach, famous for its “sleeping” coconut palms. Continue to Dahareez Beach for a final seaside stop before beginning the long but scenic drive back to Muscat. Arrival in the evening marks the end of a truly immersive coastal journey.
