Standing on the summit of Jabal Shams is more than reaching Oman's highest mountain – it's a genuine mountain achievement.
Over two days, hike through spectacular high-altitude terrain, camp at around 2,900 m, watch the sunset above the Grand Canyon of Arabia and continue towards the South Summit the following morning.

Day 1 – High-Altitude Ascent & Mountain Camp ⛰️
Leave Muscat early and journey into Oman's highest mountains before beginning the ascent towards your remote campsite.
