Depart from Muscat towards Jabal Shams, Oman’s highest mountain (~3h drive). Enjoy scenic views of rugged highlands along the way.
⛰ 8:30 AM – Arrival at Sab Bani Khamis
Meet your certified guides, gear up, and receive a full safety briefing before starting the descent.
🧗♂ 9:00 AM – Begin the Abseil Adventure
Start with a 30m warm-up drop before tackling the impressive 120m vertical abseil into the Grand Canyon - one of Oman’s most iconic descents.
